Job Description
  • You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely in a small team.
  • You will ensure all personal are adhering to company sales strategies and. conforming with quality systems
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all staff are hitting agreed customer project deadlines.
  • Assist the team in planning and prioritizing workloads
  • Review the quality of sales and applications communications being had with customers.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings to reallocate workloads as needed.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an engineering or manufacturing company. Have exposure to working within a technical department Ability to plan and priorities staff work loads. Attend daily sales meetings. Ensure all company procedures and systems are being met.
