Job Description
You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely in a small team.
You will ensure all personal are adhering to company sales strategies and. conforming with quality systems
Work closely with the sales team to ensure all staff are hitting agreed customer project deadlines.
Assist the team in planning and prioritizing workloads
Review the quality of sales and applications communications being had with customers.
Participate in daily sales meetings to reallocate workloads as needed.
Provide weekly and monthly reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an engineering or manufacturing company. Have exposure to working within a technical department Ability to plan and priorities staff work loads. Attend daily sales meetings. Ensure all company procedures and systems are being met.
