As this is a Temporary position ideally you will be Immediately Available but the position may also go permanent.

Responsibilities:
Having experience dealing with members of the public over the phone
Being able to be empathetic and supportive in different situations
Be able to problem solve while on the phone
Updating internal databases
Producing reports
Ensuring all reports have the correct customer information on
Booking appointments with internal advisors
Collecting all necessary personal information from customers
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Office based
