You will work as part of a team, providing client servicing support for Advisers, working together with Paraplanners and Client Support to provide and maintain the highest level of customer service to clients.
Assist with managing Wealth Planner diaries, engaging with and communicating with all key stakeholders both internally and externally to maximize efficiency and service to clients.
Leading a team and making sure all compliance and regulation needs are met.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in Financial Services preferably for a IFA or Wealth Management background. Comfortable in dealing with complex cases/products such as Drawdowns, Equity Release, Trusts. Extensive experience of investment, pension, protection administration. Must be experienced in submitting online applications/trades on platforms/provider websites. Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential. Previous use of CRM systems essential with Intelligent Office (IO) knowledge preferred. Fully aware of compliance / operational policies and procedures. Experience in mentoring colleagues.
