Job Description
  • Responsible for the warranty process from start to finish.
  • Controlling all warranty claims.
  • The warranty administrator will ensure that all paperwork is completed to the manufacturer’s standards.
  • Recording all inbound and outbound vehicles.
  • Monitor all stock arrivals and record any shortages in stock.
  • Update the in-house systems on PDA’s and computer systems.
  • Compound administrators will spend most of the day outside in all weathers.
  • Checking stock levels both within the stores department and with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Ordering parts from suppliers and manufacturers and ensuring all parts are available for jobs to be completed.
  • Lots of communication will be required with suppliers and manufacturers, parts administrators will be chasing up ETA’s on deliveries, rectifying any incorrect orders and general enquiries regarding parts.

Within all of the above administration roles the successful candidates will need to have strong IT skills and be confident of working with all Microsoft software packages as well as in-house systems.
Within all of the roles successful candidates will be undertaking general administrational duties.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
These roles will suit candidates who have a strong administration background. Automotive administration background would be desirable but is certainly not essential. Will need to have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
