The successful Credit Controller will have a fully remote working set-up, flexible working hours, and the chance to add value throughout a crucial period. This Credit Controller will be part of an inclusive team, collecting aged debt, focusing on query resolution and sales ledger maintenance.
Work with the Credit Controllers to act as an escalation for any queries
Liaise with various customers to gain a clear picture of the possible shortfall on any arrears case
Raise credit notes and post cash
Chasing payments via telephone, letter, and email
Ad hoc, as required by the Finance Manager
