This role is to support the Credit Controllers in an Administrative capacity. Working closely with the Team Manager there is scope to make this role your own taking responsibility for the department referrals and co-ordinating with both internal departments and external parties.
The main responsibilities will include:
Reviewing accounts and resolving queries
Liaising and communicating effectively by phone/email/letters
Producing reports in Excel
Ad-hoc duties within the department
