Job Description
A vacancy has arisen for a full time Client Services Administrator to join team our head office in Kettering.
Key responsibilities:
- To promote through excellent customer care, and communication, ensuring service turnaround and quality requirements are met on all occasions.
- To provide an efficient, effective and professional telephone service to all customers and achieve operational excellence in all aspects of activities, processes and procedures undertaken.
- Be familiar with Lender requirements (policy/guidance) on the reporting of cladding and fire risk related matters.
- Understand lender specific Service Level Agreements and ensuring adherence with these where possible.
- Correspond with clients, values and internal departments following review of cladding and fire risk documentation. Ensure queries responded to and reports updated as appropriate.
- Maintain the required records and databases in relation to cladding and fire risk related matters.
- Review information provided in relation to cladding and fire risk assessments, correspond with clients, values and internal departments.
- To undertake additional duties as required by any Team Leader and above and to provide support to all colleagues to ensure the objectives of e.surv are met.
- Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships with internal colleagues and external clients, suppliers and customers and present a professional image at all times.
Benefits and General Information
- Basic Hours: The department is operational between 08.00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and we ask that you are flexible to work various shifts within those hours. You will also be expected to work Saturday morning from 9.00 am - 12.00 pm on a Rota basis (where you work a Saturday you will get a day off during the week in lieu)

- Holiday entitlement is 20 days not to include bank holidays (increases by 1 day for each full calendar year of service up to a maximum of 25)
