You will be required to go into the office for a few days training but then will be required to work from home.
The role is a temporary role for around 6 weeks however this could be extended.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the following;
Liaising with company customers
Updating them on when to expect their deliveries
Arranging delivery times/date with customers
Updating internal database
Making outbound calls
Providing excellent customer service
Answering any general enquiries
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and good communication skills both verbally and written. Also previous customer service experience is required.
