Our client is recruiting for stock administrator to join their friendly team. We are looking for an administrator that can help our client through their busy period. Duties:
Join the warranty parts technician team
Administrative duties
Dealing with customers
Receiving returned parts from customers
Match products to paperwork and ensure they are the correct product being returned
Dispatch back to company in which they came from (overseas)
Shift times
2/3 days a week
9:00am - 5:00pm Flexible
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Once a month will be required to drive a van to collect parts from a customer Excellent communication skills. Good written and verbal English. IT skills - as will be using and in house system. Driving license needed. Training will be given on the in house system.
