Job Description
Our client is an established business based on the outskirts of Burton. They distribute and service a line of plant and due to continued success they are now looking to appoint an Aftersales Administrator to carry out a variety of duties. Ideally, you will be outgoing and bubbly, happy to carry out the following tasks:
Order processing - booking out parts, processing time sheets, invoicing and closing of jobs, etc.
Answering the phone, receiving visitors, filing, etc.
Rental documentation
Answering queries re plant both over the phone and email
Maintenance of mailing list and compiling sales literature for equipment
Ad hoc duties as may be required
This is a Monday to Friday job with slightly flexible hours between 8am and 5pm.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is a very busy role and will require someone who is friendly and enthusiastic. You should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist. Candidates should also be confident in the use of IT, especially Excel and Word as well as having good system experience.
