Job Description

Our client is an established business based on the outskirts of Burton. They distribute and service a line of plant and due to continued success they are now looking to appoint an Aftersales Administrator to carry out a variety of duties. Ideally, you will be outgoing and bubbly, happy to carry out the following tasks:

  • Order processing - booking out parts, processing time sheets, invoicing and closing of jobs, etc.
  • Answering the phone, receiving visitors, filing, etc.
  • Rental documentation
  • Answering queries re plant both over the phone and email
  • Maintenance of mailing list and compiling sales literature for equipment
  • Ad hoc duties as may be required

This is a Monday to Friday job with slightly flexible hours between 8am and 5pm.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is a very busy role and will require someone who is friendly and enthusiastic. You should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist. Candidates should also be confident in the use of IT, especially Excel and Word as well as having good system experience.
