Job Description

Working for a business established above 25 years ago, who are specializes in their market you will play a crucial role as an Office Manager. Working for this global supplier you will be servicing industries such as pharmaceutical, food manufacturers and pet food suppliers. This is one of the few local employers that have grown over 2020 and have more growth plans in the pipeline for 2021!

Working as an Office Manager for this fast paced client you must be able to manage you own time efficiently, be able to lead by example and be able to think on your feet!

As the Office Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing complicated orders daily
  • Leading a team of two office administrators
  • Supporting a sales team
  • Booking couriers and negotiating prices
  • General office administration duties
  • Delivering the highest standard of customer service to clients
  • Working with internal teams to ensure current legislation regarding food packaging is adhered to at all times!

You will be working Monday - Friday, working 40 hours, start and finish time can be negotiated.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience as an Office Manager and ideally would have working within a food packaging / manufacturing background.
