Resolution Unit as part of a multi-functional team in the delivery of wide-ranging services.
Main Duties
Providing administrative support to the Group Resolution Unit.
Contributing to the smooth operation of the Unit by responding and dealing effectively with enquiries from all internal and external staff
Being responsible for maintaining data records to the highest standard
Assisting with the investigation of complaints, appeals and disciplinarians.
Assisting with the preparation, printing, scanning and photocopying of documents.
Managing and responding to enquiries via the designated central email boxes.
Acting as Secretary to working groups as appropriate.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified to Degree standard or have equivalent qualifications or experience. Possess ECDL or equivalent of IT proficiency Significant experience in a complex administrative role Experience of collating and manipulating data. Proficient in MS Office.
