Firstly, you’ll be joining a successful and growing company, joining our wonderful team at Tamworth due to one of our colleagues progressing to a new position within our business, and your role will be a vital part of our success. In this role, accuracy is everything, so your meticulous attention to detail will be truly valued. You will have a lot of responsibility, reporting on product pricing, management information, supporting our sales team ensuring tenders are correct and presenting information to the management team. This role will suit you perfectly if you enjoy being busy at work and taking a pride in what you do.

A day in the life of a Procurement Administrator at phs Direct will involve:

  • Management Information – the maintenance, analysis, reporting and presentation of MI
  • Liaising with our Sales Teams regarding the commercial aspects of products
  • Supporting our procurement function with compiling and analyzing tenders
  • Contacting our suppliers if there is further information required or if there are any queries
  • Tracking supplier performance metrics
  • Supporting the introduction of new products and range reviews

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
