To provide clerical and administrative support to the Group Registry Team, with a specific focus on activity that fall within the Course Operations Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide support from enrolment through to graduation.
2. Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes and procedures. Provides support to staff as directed.
3. Drafts routine documentation and correspondence, and non-routine correspondence with guidance.
4. Responsible for investigating and resolving staff and student queries across a wide range of procedures, with a particular focus on complaints, academic, disciplinary and misconduct cases and extension and deferral requests. .
5. Undertakes a wide variety of data inputting, updating and data extraction
6. Undertakes clerical tasks and word-processing to support committee, course-planning
7. Acts as Secretary to formal or informal meetings as and when required.
