Job Description

Ideal candidate should speak and write in ENGLISH and TURKISH. Ideally have at least 1-year experience in Payroll. Good computer knowledge and must use MS Office programmes

The role will involve preparation of payroll for a large variety of clients, providing monthly payroll reports, dealing with SSP, SMP, SPP and other deductions from wages as appropriate and coordinating with clients on payroll issues and making BACs payments where necessary. You will also be responsible for the completion of year end payroll information and the setup of PAYE schemes and references for new payroll clients with HMRC. Advise clients of the business and employees working hours and holiday pay. You will need to contact both the client and HMRC to resolve issues that may arise, e.g. correcting National Insurance numbers. You must be experienced in administering pension regulations including RTI Submissions.
