You will be based on site in a distribution depot, assisting in the day to day operations and administration to enable you to resolve customer queries. You will work as part of a small team, the role involves:
Handling a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
Using the CRM system to priorities your workload and respond to all customer queries.
Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
Using Excel to input customer data and updates.
Conducting investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution for the customer.

Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8-6. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful applicants will be: Fluent in written and spoken English. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Be adaptable to change and new systems. Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting. Have access to the internet at home should Covid-19 guidance require home working at any time.
