Job Description

You will be based on site in a distribution depot, assisting in the day to day operations and administration to enable you to resolve customer queries. You will work as part of a small team, the role involves:

  • Handling a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
  • Using the CRM system to priorities your workload and respond to all customer queries.
  • Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
  • Using Excel to input customer data and updates.
  • Conducting investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution for the customer.

  • An hourly rate of £8.72p/h
  • A safe working environment
  • Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8-6. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful applicants will be: Fluent in written and spoken English. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Be adaptable to change and new systems. Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting. Have access to the internet at home should Covid-19 guidance require home working at any time.
