The Opportunity

• Support the Plant General Manager with explanation and interpretation of Financial Performance and assist with the development of strategic plans.
• Develop benchmarking insights and support development of action plans to improve financial performance.
• Understanding, translating, and providing insight into business performance. Ability to connect the dots.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and efficiency of the financial and business reporting suite.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and delivery of financial forecasts to Division/ Corporate ensuring the alignment/ buy-in of operational and commercial teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Degree - Finance/Accounting Possession of a professional accounting qualification, i.e. ACMA, ACCA, ACA, is mandatory in this position, together with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification accounting experience in industry Proven ability to partner with Commercial and Operational teams and to influence business decisions
