Job Description

We are recruiting for 2 customer service administrators who are looking for a chance to work for a large company in the technology industry.

The shifts available are:
1 x shift start time 10am - Sunday - Thursday
1 x shift start time 8am - Monday - Friday

  • To support with admin activities such as cancellations
  • Customer cases, business and wholesale orders
  • There is no direct customer contact, however, there will be the need to speak on the telephone to carriers to trace parcels
  • Email communication to and from the Contact Centre (Microsoft Office & Hangouts)
  • Must have excel capabilities, must have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Google sheets is desirable.
  • Mail Merge - ACIE's (Replacement sim cards to customers) - First job of the day

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Customer service experience is ideal but not essential.
