Job Description

As the Logistics Administrator you will have previous experience in an administration role ideally from the Logistics industry.

As the Logistics Administrator your main duties will be -

  • Booking on jobs (data entry of booked collections and deliveries) entering booking details
  • onto the company internal software.
  • Liaising with drivers and porters, e.g. forwarding booking details including collection &
  • delivery notes onto relevant suppliers.
  • Populate the Job book, entering all job details e.g. supplier details, costs, sales and gross
  • profit
  • Uploading Proof of delivery (POD) and proof of collection (POC) details onto a client portal
  • daily.
  • Management of the company tracking system, monitoring GPS trackers in use 'live' and
  • updating the tracker spreadsheet
  • Maintaining supplier electronic files during internal audit procedures.

In return you will be offered an attractive salary of up to £21,000 and work office hours Monday-Friday
