Job Description
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our fast paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Managing sales orders and recording builders merchant order information.
- Liaise with the enquiry team manager, at the earliest opportunity, when a new builder’s merchant order is received.
- Contact the relevant internal managers to highlight when urgent orders need delivered, collected or manufactured in less than the full product lead-time.
- Financial Controls
- Query any orders where costs do not tally and investigate the reasons for this discrepancy. Notify the project engineer responsible for the project immediately if these queries arise.
- Query any orders where carriage charges have not been included and notify the relevant team manager when this is the case.
- Provide assistance to the finance team when invoice queries arise.
- Provide Great Customer Service
- Answer technical phone queries within 3 rings and serve the customer with the highest level of customer service.
- Instill and maintain a customer service culture where the customer always comes first. This includes a customer service culture for our internal and external customers.
- Monitor emails and ensure a prompt response if required.
- Create and run reports for technical, financial and sales departments as required.
