Job Description

As an Administration Manager your key duties will be:

  • Responsible for all correspondence, reports and information
  • Ensure management of general administration is coordinated on a daily basis
  • Supporting site team in preparation of correspondence and reports
  • Implement Office Systems, including training and administration
  • Diary management for Manager(s)
  • Taking minutes, transcribe and accurately present them back to the meeting
  • Typing of correspondence, possibly dictation, photocopying, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have: Experience managing a team of administrators. Experience in performing PA duties at Director level. Expert experience in Microsoft Office suite. Education at Level 5.
