As an Administration Manager your key duties will be:
Responsible for all correspondence, reports and information
Ensure management of general administration is coordinated on a daily basis
Supporting site team in preparation of correspondence and reports
Implement Office Systems, including training and administration
Diary management for Manager(s)
Taking minutes, transcribe and accurately present them back to the meeting
Typing of correspondence, possibly dictation, photocopying, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have: Experience managing a team of administrators. Experience in performing PA duties at Director level. Expert experience in Microsoft Office suite. Education at Level 5.
