Engage and work with Senior Stakeholders with Food & Beverage
Produce market performance reporting vs competitors on a weekly, monthly basis to understand key drivers with the Food & Beverages market
Support Restaurants budget and forecast processes
Provide expertise within Finance on strategic projects
Undertake ad-hoc work / projects as required with support and direction from the F&B Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good experience within an Analytical role working with spreadsheet-based financial models and templates Finance qualification completed or in progress (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Able to work independently or as part of a team Good experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skillset with the ability to identify core issues and provide assessments grounded in compelling logic Good understanding of business drivers and levers impacting sales and margins Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with non-financial audiences
