This exciting business has a focus on the property market. You will be supporting the Senior Accountants, Finance Managers and Directors responsible for the regional FP&A, IFRS, and transactional reporting.
The role is perfect for somebody that is looking for a new challenge within a fast paced and established international company.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst:
* Providing commentary on variances vs budget or forecast
* WIP reports
* Prepare month-end/forecasted consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss
* Conduct monthly variance analysis
* Assist with the funds flow process for all investments
* Analyse trends in the quarterly reporting
