Supporting the office administrator and the office team
Answering telephone calls and directing as appropriate
Organizing meetings
Carrying out reception duties
Inputting data and updating prices on stocktake sheets
Sending, receiving and distributing mail
Scanning and photocopying documents
Responsible for petty cash/records
Ordering stationery and office supplies, responsible for maintaining stock levels
Maintaining notice boards
Assisting the office manager with any other duties as necessary
Maintaining holiday chart for office and production teams (full training will be provided)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to use Microsoft Office packages. Efficient. Accuracy and attention to detail. Work well as part of a team. A*-C/9-4 in math and English or equivalent at GCSE desirable but not essential.
