As an experienced Finance Analyst you will be a fundamental player in the businesses success as you will enable management to effectively manage cash flow, make the best use of capital and create financial plans that will contribute to the company meeting their strategic goals. You will confidently liaise with senior management as you collaborate to create financial models that will project the long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.

Your strong analytical skills will see you compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts, and perform accurate variance analysis. You will also provide insightful commentary on the financial results gaining a clear understanding of the firm’s performance. As you prepare detailed competitor analysis and spot market trends you will provide senior management with an intelligent evaluation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Be part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with the intention and ambition to further your qualifications. Have experience within a Finance Analyst role allowing you to efficiently provide insightful analysis and make intelligent and meaningful recommendations. Be a highly analytical individual, with an ability to solve complex problems. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are also highly advantageous within this position as you will regularly liaise with non-finance individuals within the business.
