Job Description

The successful candidate will have relevant experience within their role demonstrating commercial awareness, with a strong work ethic and flexibility.  You will be working as part of a team on transaction processes assuming great responsibility and rapid career progression, with the opportunity to study towards a Corporate Finance qualification. This position would suit a recent graduate looking to start a career in Corporate Finance or be in the beginning stages of a Corporate Finance career. 
 
What will you be doing as a Finance Analyst?

• Advising small to medium businesses and owners
• Working on a range of transactions including acquisitions, MBO’s, disposals and growth capital funding 
• Assisting pitch presentations
• Researching acquisition targets and buyers lists 
• Providing analysis of financial and commercial information
• Preparing business plans and financial models with the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Relevant experience (Desirable) Educated to Degree level  Ability to use your initiative and creativity Analytical skills Commercial awareness Accurate attention to detail Completing work to a high standard Ability to flexible Working calmly under pressure Good IT Skills: Excel and Powerpoint (Essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
