Producing timely and accurate commercial reporting to various stakeholders across the business to include actuals against forecast and budgets along with the production of Group KPIs.
Involvement in the regular forecasting activities of the Group
Supporting the production of the annual budgets of the Group
Production, analysis and publication of regular business reports on commercial, operational, engineering and financial activities of the Group, including; Weekly and Monthly Sales Orders Intake; Engineering activity reporting; Project tracking reports; Labour/Wastage costs
Reporting targets and KPIs for the Group
Stock reporting and analysis including slow-moving provision calculation and review
Support in the build and maintenance of the financial database
Create and maintain financial models to enable flexible reporting and analysis
Utilse Excel extensively to produce meaningful and insightful commercial reports to support and aid in business decisions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this Finance Analyst role you will need to be passionate about driving performance through the effective analysis of business information. You will be a skilled user of Excel and able to interrogate and manipulate various complex financial data sets. . You will ideally be part qualified, studying towards a professional qualification and be a confident communicator, able to present information to stakeholders of all levels.
