The primary duties of the Finance Analyst will include:
Monthly Reporting - Provide monthly reports to Directors and maintain a dashboard of KPIs;
Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement improvements to the accounting and reporting and internal processes and propose streamlining improvements;
Finance Analysis - Assist in providing financial analysis on costings and margins;
Working closely with Operational and Group management to maintain and improve reporting of operating results;
Other duties as required by the Finance Director such as provide financial modelling or to support the finance function on ad-hoc projects.

Be of graduate calibre, part qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA; Have worked closely with finance; Excellent analytical skills; Enjoy continuous improvements wanting to improve systems and processes; Have an eye for detail; Be proactive and able to work independently; Have excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels; Occasional Travel, including some international.
