Job Description
As a Talent Development Administrator, you’ll be the glue that brings together all the strands of our learning, development, leadership and talent programmes.
You’ll be providing mission-critical support to the delivery and management of these programmes and ensuring their success through your endeavors.
As an integral part of the People Team, you will:
- Support the co-ordination of venue, examination and travel bookings
- Help to co-ordinate learning invitations and evaluations
- Build positive relationships with learners and staff
- Identify and lead improvements to administrative processes
- Provide administration support to the Head of People & Performance and their direct reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered as a Talent Development Administrator, you’ll need: Experience of working in an HR or people-based role. Previous experience of working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines. A recognized qualification in business administration or equivalent experience. Knowledge of LMS systems. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working in the digital and/or technical sector would be beneficial to your application.
