Ensure all: Bank Reconciliations are completed for the end of the month & to ensure service charge accounts and budget availability are up to date
To assist the Legal and Credit Control Department in the collection of arrears and any other duties that may be necessary.
Ensure target profitability of the collections process is met.
Covering other departments as may be necessary.
Liaise with: Internal Departments, Customers, and Contractors (if necessary)
Terms and conditions of employment: -
Salary £18,000 pa subject to successful probationary
Working Hours 9am – 5pm
Increasing holiday: Holiday increases with every 2 years of service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Property experience desirable but not essential. Good level of numeracy & English. Good team member. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use MS Excel, Word, general apps. Ability to balance a busy workload. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative.
