Job Description

This will be on a temporary basis, to cover a maternity contract, for between 9 and 12 months.

Typical duties for the role will include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Inputting invoices on to the bespoke company system
  • Inputting data on to Excel spreadsheets
  • Compiling and typing reports
  • General filing
  • General office support

Hours for the role are 8 - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8 - 3.30pm on a Friday!


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is definitely a business where everyone gets involved and helps out so the successful candidate must be adaptable and have the ability to multitask. In addition, you must have a minimum of 2 years administration experience and be advanced at Word and Excel.
