Job Description
On a daily basis, the successful Logistics Coordinator will report into the General Manager working within a team of 5 coordinators/administrators. You will also have responsibility for the following areas:
Daily management of 10+ clients through the UK and EU.
Ensuring the correct documentation is supplied on all deliveries
Lead and engage a team to drive excellent customer service
Raising PO's to be uploaded to the website, and checking these match final shipping documents
Support our clients with any queries that may arise
Work closely with the sales and warehousing team to ensure clients are happy
Work closely with the General Manager and Client to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole
Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:30
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate for the Logistics Coordinator position will have the following skills and experiences: 1-2 years of Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry experience. Proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency. Detail-focused and comfortable working in a team. Exceptional communication skills. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner An enthusiastic can do attitude is essential for this role.
