Job Description

On a daily basis, the successful Logistics Coordinator will report into the General Manager working within a team of 5 coordinators/administrators. You will also have responsibility for the following areas:

  • Daily management of 10+ clients through the UK and EU.
  • Ensuring the correct documentation is supplied on all deliveries
  • Lead and engage a team to drive excellent customer service
  • Raising PO's to be uploaded to the website, and checking these match final shipping documents
  • Support our clients with any queries that may arise
  • Work closely with the sales and warehousing team to ensure clients are happy
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Client to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole

Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:30


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate for the Logistics Coordinator position will have the following skills and experiences: 1-2 years of Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry experience. Proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency. Detail-focused and comfortable working in a team. Exceptional communication skills. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner An enthusiastic can do attitude is essential for this role.
