Barclay Meade Finance and Accountancy are working in partnership with this market leading, Fareham business to attract and recruit a driven individual to join a well-established FP&A team. Due to business growth our client requires a Senior FP&A Analyst for an all-encompassing role.

As the newly appointed Senior FP&A Analyst you will report directly to the Head of FP&A and work in a central capacity to collaborate and consolidate companywide reporting. Your reports will be innovative and articulate strategic data into formats to be used outside of finance.

This opportunity would suit someone who works well under their own initiative, is driven and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone who is comfortable with getting into the detail and having the foresight to think of the wider implications.

As this is a new opportunity it provides a great platform to form this role as your own and had a great deal of exposure across the organisation.

The role will involve complex analytics, identifying key performance indicators, reporting on spend and large scale projects.

Driving continuous improvement and developing internal processes to become automated and drive efficiencies.

Analysing business strategies and reporting thereon.

Assisting with the annual planning process.

Ad-hoc report writing.

To be considered for this opportunity our client is looking for a fully qualified accountant, with at least 5 years PQE and 10 years professional experience. Our client is currently working remotely with no set plans to return to the office, so you can expect a remote induction and working arrangement in the first instance.
