The role provides a professional, effective and customer focused administration service, planning and coordinating the delivery of health education programmes nationally. Tasks will include (but not limited to) referral management, event planning, database maintenance and communicating with patients and other key stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a successful candidate you will be enthusiastic, willing to go the extra mile for our patients in order to meet service objectives. Experience in an administration / customer services role as well as handling confidential data is desirable although, not essential. You are happy to work autonomously, have some experience in databases, excel and word and are comfortable communicating with people via telephone to organize activities. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
