Job Description
  • Responsible for Dealing with customers with a smile and in a friendly professional manner, both in person, on the phone & via email, regarding their personal or fleet vehicles.
  • Booking in light goods vehicles for MOT, service and repairs and organizing the scheduled diary of work (Liaising with the light goods foreman)
  • Booking in all forms of work and following the jobs progress through from start to finish, including organizing required parts.
  • Keeping customers updated, providing quotes, obtaining authorization and updating systems are all key parts of the role.
  • Invoicing, filing and any other office related duties.
  • To flexibly fill in for holidays etc. in other roles.

Schedule:

Hours of work:

  • Our core hours are Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 18:00
  • Every third Saturday – 8:00 to 13:00

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within an office, garage, administration or a customer service-based role would be an advantage. A high level of professionalism and customer service both in person & over the phone. Competent in Microsoft Office & Excel. Ability and confidence to learn new and bespoke company computer systems and processes. Proactive within your role and with a helpful attitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail. Able to handle multiple tasks. Smart appearance. A positive team player. Experience: Administrative: 2 years (Preferred). vehicle service administrative: 1 year (Preferred).
