This is a full-time, permanent position, working 7.00am until 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am until 3.15pm on a Friday.
Office Administrator Main Duties:
Receiving initial enquiry and review the customer enquiry to ensure we have the full details to commence pricing
Liaising with the Business Development Managers regarding any initial enquiries received from prospective customers
Liaising with customer for any pricing queries associated with the initial enquiry
Pricing for products and components and returning the quotation within the desired deadline (24 hours for regular customers) including requesting quotations from suppliers and advising of alternative products if required
Adding the quotation to the CRM system and updating the internal documents relevant to the quotation process
Maintaining any customer specific pricing tools to reflect any price changes
General administrative support to the estimating / procurement / sales / manufacturing team where necessary
Answering all incoming telephone enquiries and directing thee to the relevant person
Other administrative tasks including filing / post etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within a joinery or manufacturing environment would be an advantage although not necessary. Keen to learn & develop their skill sets and product knowledge. Computer literate, including the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced Excel Skills & understanding including more complex formulas and LooksUps. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Strong numerical skills. Ability to use and understand ERP systems. Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask Personable, presentable and articulate. Ability to work as part of a motivated team and maintain close relationships with colleagues. Able to work independently with the ability to work within deadlines and under pressure. Commercial awareness.
