Job Description

We are currently looking to hear from people would be interested in working part time as a Care Navigator within our Care Navigation Centre (CNC) to be based at Station Medical Centre.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidates will be receiving telephone calls from our 48,000 patients, they will be dealing with requests for visit and taking messages in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
