An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Administrator to join our Service team, delivering high quality administrative support. We are looking for an approachable and engaging individual, with excellent communication skills to provide a warm, confident welcome to all customers.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for everything from raising purchase orders and updating maintenance records to liaising with suppliers and engineers. Basic hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract.
Key Duties:
Maintain the Hire System (Syrinx) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are encouraged to remain at their desk/workstation and use communication equipment. Masks must be worn by all when moving around. No third parties are currently allowed onto site.
