· Managing incoming calls and queries to the ABM office providing excellent customer service.
· Ensuring training is completed by the staff, managing, and monitoring the training matrix and scheduling training where required.
· Take ownership of collating the monthly performance reports for the Client and Contract Manager.
· Monitor and update payroll on hours worked daily and complete end of month payroll for submission.
· Effective monitoring of sickness absence ensuring all is recorded and tracker completed.
· Collating all holiday requests and tracking.
· Human Resources issues – liaising with HR when required, setting up meetings and taking minutes and creating outcome letters. Also, managing the staff personal files.
· Ensure all check sheets are available for staff’s completion.
· Management of uniform stock.
· Undertake recruitment processed ensuring adverts placed, new starters set up with HR and payroll, ensure the ABM Onboarding Induction is completed including uniform allocation and ensuring training logins are created to undertake e-Learning.
· Ensure purchase orders are raised in a timely manner.
· Ensure sub-contractor compliance i.e. RAMS, insurances by monitoring documentation and liaising with contractors when nearing review dates to obtain latest documentation.
· Staff engagement
· Ensure that you work in a safe manner observing the Company Health and Safety policy and procedures.
· Support the Contract Manager with various administrative duties.

· Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
· Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
· Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
· Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
