Job Description

In the role of a Store Coordinator you will have the responsibility to meet the needs of our Managers by operating efficient processes of the company staff data, co-ordination of Stores requirements, recruitment plus managing the smooth opening of new stores and remodels of existing stores.

Administrator hours and benefits:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9.00am-5.00pm) Monday-Friday

Store Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Managing new store opening from ordering equipment to opening new accounts, liaising between Head of Operation and Suppliers.
  • Understanding and updating a number of IT platforms that hold Store data, Media pricing, Stock and instructional processes.
  • Updating and reporting on training at store level.
  • Dealing with licensing – Late night refreshment and outdoor seating.
  • Main point of contact for Store communication.
  • Ensuring Stores have handled Customer Feedback and deal with any escalated Customer complaints.
  • Manage equipment records, handling failures, repairs and ordering parts.
  • Forging and maintaining relationships with Contractors, Vendors and any third party companies we deal with.
  • General HR administration, preparing letters, Staff Contracts and communicating processes.
  • Managing Health and Safety of the office and stores, tracking the completion of risk assessments and any other Health and Safety requirements.
  • Recording and service arrangements of all fire equipment, alarms, PAT testing, Pest control, company cars and store equipment.
  • Recruitment – advertising roles, pre-screening, checking right to work and booking interviews.
  • Maintaining a log of work permit expiry dates and advising relevant senior staff 3 months before expiry, ensuring new documents received.
  • Deal with Insurance Brokers for Stores and company cars – renewals/claims.
  • Set up and managing of Third-party delivery platforms.
  • Deal with price changes, promotions and issues on in-house media operational systems e.g POS system and digital menu panels.
  • Updates and addresses issues with errors and discrepancies on various in-house operational systems.
  • Inbox Management of Multiple Inboxes on a daily basis
  • Any other Ad Hoc duties as required.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate for this role of a Store Coordinator holds an Office Administrative background and has previous work experience with multiple tasks of an Office Administrator. Familiarity with the Fast Food Industry is also an advantage. For this role as a Store Coordinator you should be able to work autonomously and assist in operational administrative duties. Proven experience as a Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Strong PC literacy (MS Office, Podio in particular). Ability to multi-task and work on several programs across 2 screens. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and Prioritizing skills. Strong communications skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Ability to work alone and as part of a team. Stamina, enthusiasm, and eagerness to develop their own skills and abilities. A’level or equivalent. Working background within Fast food industry is preferable. Experience: Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred). Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred).
