As a Legal Secretary and part of this progressive and forward-thinking firm, you will assist fee earners by providing high level secretarial and administrative support, enabling them to operate at optimum efficiency.
The Legal Secretary role will include communicating with existing and potential clients, audio typing and diary management, along with the preparation of high quality correspondence and legal documents. The candidate should use a high degree of self-management and initiative to maintain a professional, efficient, confidential and friendly approach, ensuring quality service to clients is always achieved.
The Legal Secretary role would suit someone who has worked in a busy and professional team-orientated environment. Previous experience in a similar legal role would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be given. You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Word and have the ability to work across a range of IT platforms. You will demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment, along with good organisational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
