Job Description

This role reports directly into the Managing Director, your primary responsibilities include the monthly payroll of 40 employees,  various HR tasks, facilities, site health and safety and any other administrative duties. You will be part of a team of 30 people within sales, administration and technical departments.

For this opportunity you will need to have a background in monthly payroll with experience in using payroll software. Any additional experience in health and safety & facilities will be advantageous. You will need to have the ability to work autonomously, be self motivated, driven, a real team player with attention to detail and have excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages). Any industry experience in manufacturing or production could be beneficial.

The role is based in rural Herefordshire, so transport is essential to be able to get onto site.
