We are a fast growing premier business energy broker holding relationships with over 18 suppliers. We are recruiting for talented administration candidates. You will need to have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent communication skills, multitasking skills and organizational skills.
Our Administration team are one of the many functions that keep our business running, making sure that we have a great place to work and everything we need to be able to deliver results effectively.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Work with suppliers to obtain current contractual information
Submit information out to tender with 20 supplier partners - pricing within set deadline
Retrieve tenders back, reconcile and plug into a presentation format ready for sales team
Match correct products and services to customer requirements
Keep relations running with supplier partners – offering feedback or reporting
Quality and compliance checking
Additional administration support to the rest of the team
Benefits
Basic salary:- £18,000 - £22,000 (dependent on experience) per annum plus quarterly bonus up to £2000 per annum
Hours of work are Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
