Job Description
Taking mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion
Packaging applications in line with each lenders requirements
Liaising with clients, lenders and other professionals to move applications forward
Updating office systems and client files
Dealing with telephone calls & emails promptly
Package and submit finance applications
Assist colleagues as and when necessary
The role is full time, Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
Salary £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in mortgage administration or underwriting. Experience in keying mortgage applications, Help to buy and protection policies. Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft office. Good with numbers and spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail & task management skills. Good communication skills. An ability to work to tight timescales as required while remaining upbeat. A can do and positive attitude. A desire to excel in your role and grow with the business. Able to work under own initiative. Experience: Mortgage administration : 2 years (Required).
