Accurate & timely administrative support is crucial to the success of the Sales Team. The role of Sales Administrator apprenticeship is pivotal to the team achieving its goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Liaising with clients (both business and personal), dealers and finance companies; you will be responsible for the smooth processing of orders and delivery of new vehicles.
Assisting Sales Admin Leads with
· Placing vehicle orders with suppliers
· Arrange for raising of finance documentation with our funders and completion by clients
· Liaise with vehicle suppliers and clients on progress of orders
· Arrange fitment of client required accessories (livery, vehicle trackers etc.)
· Arrange vehicle deliveries and collections with vehicle suppliers, funders and clients
· Completion of post-delivery documentation and checking system data
· Manage your diary, client calls and general correspondence
· Any other responsibility as requested by your manager or senior management
