A fantastic full-time permanent role is available in Nottingham to join a well-established business who are continuing to grow and are looking for an Administrator / Sales Support to support the sales and management teams.
Handling calls from clients
Processing customer orders via, fax, Email, Post in a timely manner
Resolve customer queries, promptly and effectively, following up if not resolved immediately, ensuring queries are recognized, Investigated, and escalated to Line Manager if not resolved within set timescales
Produce customer quotes and logging them onto CRM system
Maintain and develop knowledge of customers, suppliers, products, and systems
Maintain backorder reports and escalate with suppliers when necessary
Assist Sales Support and the Sales Department to cover during absence and /or busy work periods

This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1-hour lunch
Salary £18,000 - £20,000 plus bonus for achieving SLAs OTE £22,000 - £23,000
