Job Description

Office and HR Administrator, Tottenham, London United Kingdom, Full Time

Office Location: Tottenham, London N17
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Hours of work: Monday - Friday each week from 09:00am until 17:00pm (1 hour unpaid break)

The individual required for the role will need to have good command of the English language. Your main responsibilities will be to take a hands on approach with the HR activities on a daily basis.

Duties required will include but not limited to:

  • Screening and Vetting all staff files an/or chase outstanding references
  • Conduct and/or set up interviews with new prospects
  • Weekly SIA Licence checks
  • Pay reconciliation
  • Weekly debrief with Managing Director

About you To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following:

  • Outgoing personality
  • Good rapport building
  • Good at using own initiative
  • Experience in a telesales role
  • Good command of the English language
  • Good record of time keeping
  • Problem solver

We will need

  • Photographic proof of ID - Proof of right to work within the UK
  • Able to provide a 5-year minimum checkable history

We pay monthly and alternatively you will have to go on our payroll system.
