Duties for the Wealth Management Administrator:
- Diary management for one or more of our Advisers/Wealth Managers.
- Managing a constantly changing and complex diaries, anticipate and resolve any conflicts without referral
- Liaising with clients to ensure meetings run according to plan
- Preparing and checking outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, including confidential and sensitive information ensuring attention to detail.
- Delivering the highest standard of client care both internally and externally
- Providing administrative support to the Advisers; including detailed meeting pack preparation, business submission, client requests, etc.
- Submitting and progressing client cases with providers and St. James’s Place Admin Centre’s
- Organizing and host office visits and events, including coordinating the briefing and material
- Travel and accommodation arrangements in line with time management pressures
- Maintaining accurate records of client correspondences using CRM systems
- Accurately update internal database systems
The Package:
- £20,000 -£25,000 plus OTE £30,000+
- Mon – Fri – office hours
- Remote working option available but will be expected to occasionally go in the office (must be no more than 40 mints drive from the office)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
12 months Wealth Management experience. Experience of SJP. You must be ambitious, driven and dynamic. Committed to sitting exams to progress your career. Experience: Wealth Management: 1 year (Preferred)
